(2019) Peter Pan Redesign

I've been reading a lot of faerie books lately, and I keep thinking about Peter Pan as some kind of fae, stealing girls away to Fairyland, and not returning them for years and years.

Another work in progress that was in progress for a number of years...in fact, Photoshop updated before I finished this one, so I had to figure out how to create a watercolor-esque brush since the brushes all changed with the update!  Fun!!

Drew my favorite boy in one of my favorite parts of Sea of Monsters, which is actually my favorite book in the series!  I really love how this one turned out.  I just really like drawing Percy.

Really do respect the heck out of this guy.  He's such a great performer and SUCH a great human.

I am up to my ears in obsessing over the Lightning Thief musical so this feels like a great way to end 2018.  I love these babies and I'm so glad that the musical is such a faithful and beautiful adaption of the books.  Happy New Year, everyone!  Let's keep on loving the things that we love.
