(2011) Washington State Cut Out for Art 2
Here's another one from my junior high days.  This was probably my first time learning about positive and negative space.  I tried to represent iconic things about my favorite place EVAH, Washington State, like the Space Needle, Mount Rainier, pine trees, etc.

HERE. WE. GO.
I am so excited to start sharing some doodles with all you internet people, and I couldn't have started with any other drawing.  I did this in my 8th grade science notebook after watching A Hard Day's Night for the first time.  It was the first drawing I remember being so proud of that I wanted to show everyone, even the kids in my classes that I didn't know.  I'm still proud of it, actually.  What can I say?  I never get tired of these boys.
